IMPORTANT!

 

GAS CERTIFICATION

When using our tempered glass (only) in open-flame applications, we recommend using Australian Gas Association (AGA) certified fire pits and fireplaces.

AGA is the leader of Gas Certification in Australia. They assess each gas product in accordance with relevant standards and a gas certificate of compliance is issued for compliant products. Most importantly, the gas safety of appliances and their compliance is their number one objective.

Failure to observe this recommendation may mean that your glass could split, crack or break due to different heat tolerances, ventilation and/or less robust design of non-AGA certified fire pits and fireplaces.

  

PAYMENT POLICY

We currently support the highest level of industry encryption standards on these leading payment methods:

Immediate payment is required to trigger the shipment process.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Aussie Fire Glass provides registered ground shipping within Australia ONLY.

To help cover some of the costs associated with shipping and tracking, all states and territories attract a postage fee which is dependent on the size and nature of the item/s being shipped.

No international shipping.

No P.O. Box delivery.

Where PayPal is the selected payment method, we only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses.

Item/s are expected to ship within 2 business days following receipt of payment in full.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

 

RETURN POLICY

Faulty items would be refunded at 100% of purchase price, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Change of mind is strictly valid for 30 days after item ships.

Buyer pays all freight costs in the event that they initiate a credit or exchange based on change of mind.
